Camp McCullough Advantages
  • Exclusive use.  We only rent to one group at a time; all forty acres is just for you!  Great for building close relationships.
  • Convenient location.  Just 35–40 minutes from either Tacoma or Seattle.  More of your group can participate.
  • Small groups welcome. October-May we have a 30 person minimum.  June-September a 40 person minimum.
  • Beautiful setting. Forty wooded acres with walking trails and lake views. Perfect for youth or adult retreats.

Camp McCullough Facilities

Winter Camp Capacity:
Total 60 beds.  We have three cedar log cabins.  Each cabin has a front lobby with couches and two dorm rooms that sleep ten on bunk beds for a total of sixty beds.  Every dorm room has its own restroom and shower.  We have several additional rooms available in our main lodge for your speaker, adult leaders or a family with infants.  Check on availability in advance.

Summer Camp Capacity: Total 78 beds. During the summer we have an additional cabin with two rooms. Each room sleeps nine on bunk beds.  This cabin has a separate bath/shower located nearby.  With the overflow cabin we have a total of 78 beds. We have several additional rooms available in our main lodge for your speaker, adult leaders or a family with infants.  Check on availability in advance.

Waterfront activities: Camp McCullough is located on beautiful Pipe Lake in Covington, Washington.  June through September we provide certified, experienced lifeguards for swimming along with row boats, canoes, paddle boats, kayaks, water toys, a blob and life jackets.

Outdoor Activities: There is a large open field for playing soccer, volleyball, baseball, Frisbee, football and all those great camp games like Capture the Flag.  A combo basketball/pickle ball court is near the cabins.  Archery can also be made available upon request and of course we have horse-shoes.  Weather permitting, a campfire can be set up next to the lake for roasting marshmallows and fellowship.  

Main Lodge:  Our main lodge with lake views and large fireplace is the center of activity. It is a spacious (2800 sq. ft.) open room with a dining area at one end and plenty of room at the other for group meetings.  The lodge has wireless internet available.  A coffee and tea station is set up as well as a microwave and refrigerator. Ping-pong, foosball and carpet-ball are ready to go at the lodge.  We also have a piano for you.

Meals: We provide delicious, healthy meals kids and leaders will love.  Meals are served family style in our main lodge.  We can structure our menus and our meal times to meet your needs.
